Conversion Maker: AI Startup Receives Additional Funding Of Four Million Euros

Conversion Maker specialises in conversion rate optimization. With further funding, the startup would like to develop its software, Conversion Maker AI, further and double the number of employees.

Conversion Maker has received a further investment of four million euros from Christian Funk Holding. In February, the startup presented the AI-based software Conversion Maker AI for quickly creating and optimising marketing texts. With the new capital, the company wants to develop text optimization further and expand the platform into new areas. 

The startup plans to double the number of employees from 20 to 40 within twelve months. In addition, a new company headquarters is to be moved into. Christian Funk Holding invested two million euros in the startup right from the start and is hoping for a software suite to make online marketing more effective in every company.

Conversion Maker Aims To Simplify Conversion Rate Optimization

The startup in Offenburg, Baden, by Michael Witzenleiter. It is dedicated to making the conversion rate optimization process more accessible using AI technology. To do this, the company relies on increasingly automated tools that users can use without prior knowledge. 

The first own product – the software Conversion Maker AI – uses artificial intelligence to create a product text, an email, or a social media post from a few keywords. 

These are optimised for factors such as readability and emotionality to turn interested parties into buyers.

“Text optimization was just the first step for us. Next, we plan a module that uses AI to improve website image selection. This is to optimise the conversion rate. We are already conducting initial studies for this. We also see potential in data analysis. Here we want to develop a solution that automatically identifies weaknesses in online shops”.

Direct Marketing Plays An Essential Role In Holding

In addition to its solutions, Conversion Maker also uses existing software to anchor conversion rate optimization as a holistic corporate strategy. The A/B testing platform Kameleoon is one of the solutions that the start-up selects based on the best-of-breed approach. Also, the product analysis tool Mixpanel and the marketing data analysis tool TrackAd.
